I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Pineapple Espresso, and somehow I still manage to find a new favorite food or beverage item. Everything is consistently fresh and delicious—from the made-to-order food to the coffee, matcha, and even the spa water. What makes this place stand out, though, is how they make people feel. Every visit starts with genuine smiles and a warm welcome that never feels forced. They always take a moment to ask how I’ve been, and that kind of kindness is becoming harder and harder to find. This has become my favorite weekend tradition. Whether I’m grabbing breakfast through the drive-thru or sitting outside with a coffee, it’s the perfect way to slow down before the week begins. The outdoor coffee bar was such a great addition, and the music is always just right—peaceful enough to relax without ever competing with conversation. Great food will bring me in once, but it’s the consistently exceptional experience that keeps me coming back.

Had my coffee remade two times and still ended up having to ask for a refund…. For one, the coffee just wasn’t good. And my iced coffee was warm? Now I’ve been getting coffee had a lot of places and I normally don’t get warm iced coffee… I asked for a LITTLE bit of one flavoring because I don’t like overly sweet coffee. I ended up getting what seemed more like an iced hot chocolate instead of coffee… There was chunks of mocha that I was sipping through my straw.. That’s not a little bit…. The very young people taking the order didn’t care nor I guess do they get paid enough to care? But personally, if you’re being paid to do a job, I don’t know why you’re acting like it’s an issue and then can’t even do it right Everybody who worked there had more interest in talking with each other and laughing with each other than caring about the customers That’s one coffee spot crossed off for me at Saint Pete The coffee wasn’t good and the customer service was horrible

A more recently added outdoor area (in addition to the convenient drive-thru) is SUPER CUTE & they always have great music! Great atmosphere to enjoy a yummy breakfast

Pineapple Espresso has become one of my favorite stops during my morning commute. Consistently delicious food and drinks, easy drive-thru set up, and friendly staff. I highly recommend the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich (picture below) - so good every time! The maple ginger latte hit the spot. If you’re looking for a good local spot for breakfast, give this place a try.

The (Citrus - Avocado - Beet - Goat) Toast is simply the best in town!! Very nice people working hard and very attentive to customer satisfaction and feedback! Parking is limited so they operate as a drive thru, don’t be confused, you’ll be back for sure!
